We're thrilled to have Jeff Mamett back to perform at More Barn in 2023! Jeff is a singer-songwriter whose country and western songs have an authentic, earthy quality. He is a storyteller, influenced by writers such as Guy Clark and John Prine, merging elements of American roots music into what some have called a “modern western” sound. With his warm, baritone voice and laid back manner, his shows are intimate and entertaining. Jeff's latest album, "Carry Me Back", with 12 original songs, has been critically acclaimed. It was listed in Making A Scene Magazine as one of the top 40 Americana CD's of 2018 and led to Mamett being included in Wide Open Country's "Artists to Watch”. Opening the concert will be NJ-based musician/performer/songwriter Michael Patrick. From Micheal's website: Inspired by the more traditional folk, country, rockabilly, roots and rock sounds & writing of such artists as : Johnny Cash, Lyle Lovett, Hank Williams, John Prine, and the like, Michael Patrick has developed an appreciation of simplistic story-telling lyrics, catchy hooks and memorable melodies.
